Foodpreneurs Day, organised by the United Arab Emirates University (UAEU), celebrated entrepreneurship while demonstrating its impact on the future of food. Guiding students to build their own food businesses. At the panel discussion, Food Business and Industry, Dr. Dalal AlGhawas was joined by co-panelists Dr. Peter Nagy, Farm Manager at Camelicious and Victoria Lowe from the Ministry of Education UAE. Moderated by Prof. Nihel Chabrak, Executive Director of Science Innovation Park (SIP) UAEU.
They highlughted the importance of entreprenurship in the food industry, while guiding students on how to build their own food businesses. Explain the impact of entrepreneurship on the future of food business. Opening remarks were given by the Vice Chancellor Prof. Ghaleb Al-Hadrami and Dr. Mutamed Ayyash Associate Prof. UAEU.
